قال تعالى
﴿الشيطان يعِدُكم الفقر﴾[البقرة:٢٦٨]
الخوف من الفقر من أهم أسلحة الشيطان، ومنه استدرج الناس إلى أكل الحرام، ومنعهم من الإنفاق الواجب .
قال صلى الله عليه وسلم
«خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي: لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ، وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ»

قال تعالى

قدَّم المغفرة لأنها أغلى جائزة، وهي مفتاح باب العطايا التي تحول دونها الذنوب.

le Prophète Muhammad (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a été interrogé concernant le jeûne du jour de 'arafat.
Il a dit : « Il expie l'année précédente et l'année en cours. »
[Rapporté par Mouslim dans son Sahih n°1162]

[surah 89, verses 1-2]
the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about the fast of the day of 'arafat.
He said : "He expires the year before and those of the following year"
